All our orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Les Arcs-sur-Argens (83460, Var). We work with DPD Predict and Colissimo to ensure reliable tracking and a delivery slot announced in advance by SMS or email.

Mattresses & headrests — specific delivery fees
⚠️ Free delivery offers (from €69 to a Pickup Point and from €120 for home delivery) do not apply to mattresses and headrests. The fees below apply regardless of the order value. The exact rate is calculated automatically at checkout according to weight.

🔄 Returns & exchanges
Textiles, accessories & tableware
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item, without justification. Return to a Pickup Point or home. Return costs are at your expense. Refund within 5–7 working days after receipt and verification of the package.
Mattresses & headrests
You have 14 days to return a mattress or headrest. Due to the format, returns cannot be made to a Pickup Point. Contact us before any return at contact@marinette-saint-tropez.com to arrange home collection. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
Defective product or order error
Report any anomaly within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to contact@marinette-saint-tropez.com. We will cover the return and reshipment costs.
Package damaged upon delivery
Check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person and note any anomaly on the delivery note before signing. Contact us within 24 hours at contact@marinette-saint-tropez.com with photos. Without a reservation issued upon delivery, no claim can be accepted.

How do I track my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent to you upon shipment. With DPD Predict, an SMS or email with your exact time slot is sent the day before delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly by email or phone. Once shipped, the return procedure applies.
My address is in Corsica or a French overseas department/territory
These areas are not available in our online configurator. Contact us at contact@marinette-saint-tropez.com before placing an order to check possibilities and rates.
Can delivery times vary?
Delivery times are estimates. They may vary during periods of high activity (sales, holidays, summer) or in case of carrier incidents. Our customer service remains available to assist you.
